Our FRAM Warranty
We offer a comprehensive product warranty on our filters to protect your reputation and ours. The FRAM product warranty covers any defect, malfunction, failure or hazardous characteristic of any FRAM filter.
However, we will not be liable for incorrect filter applications used or incorrect fitment.
How to claim
- Contact your sales representative to request a claim form.
- Complete the claim form.
- If it is alleged that damage has been caused to an engine, FRAM Filters must be given immediate access to the engine.
- The filter must be returned to FRAM Filters together with the claim form and supporting documents.
- The above steps must be done within 30 days of the Claimant becoming aware of the defect, malfunction, failure or hazardous characteristic.
